Collaboration with Interior Define

Hello beautiful is right!

Reed and I are so excited to do this collaboration with Interior Define! This is the part 2 blog post from the process of picking out our new sofa. The process was so much fun but we could not wait for our new couch to get here. I spent so much time preparing the room that the sofa was going it trying to make it perfect and exactly the way that I wanted it. The room that it was going it was Reed’s writing/music room so I wanted it to have good vibes for his sake!

The process of picking out our sofa was made so easy through Interior Define’s website, as you can see in my previous post. I was a little bit nervous about it coming in because we had not actually seen it in person yet. Another reason I was nervous about our sofa getting here was because, as you can see, it is sapphire blue. I am typically a neutral kind of girl but recently I have started branching out to more colorful things. I felt that this blue was the perfect transition color. The color also works so well with neutrals.

Side note, aren’t these legs amazing?!

This front room of our home is fairly small so I had to try to keep the rest of the room simple so that it did not look too crowded or take away from the sofa that we had waited so long to get!

Bottom line is we absolutely LOVE our sofa and it the most comfortable thing! It’s hard to find something that is stylish + practical but Interior Define managed to create just that! Thank you so much again to Interior Define!

Roux approves as well!

I adore the Maxwell skirted sofa in pebble weave linen. I just got my swatches and the fabric is so soft and the perfect creamy hue. Can’t wait to lay on the updated classic and I appreciate that it’s so deep…perfect for cozying up in! I’m my first ‘big girl’ purchase in my very first apartment and I’m so glad to have Interior Define as a beautiful and budget friendly resource!

I love the Rose Apartment Sofa in the Seed Fabric and the Matte Black with Brass Caster Legs! It makes me want to curl up with a blanket, read a book, and take an afternoon nap. The color is simple and elegant, but is still inviting to relax in. Overall it’s super chic!

The sapphire you chose is absolutely stunning and the room is beautiful. I’m from Nashville so I know how important a room’s atmosphere can be to writing and creating music. 🙂
My favorite is the Maxwell in natural heavy cloth with natural oak legs! It’s so dreamy. It would look perfect in my first apartment.

I am a huge fan of interior define and want a sofa from them so bad! I am moving into my first (adult/ non college) apartment in a few months and this would help so much! My favorite is the new Oliver + ‘Earth’ cross weave + chrome plated sloan L leg!
